Refund Policy

At Dehati Ghee, customer satisfaction is important to us. We prepare our A2 Desi Cow Ghee in small batches using traditional Bilona method. Due to the nature of food products, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are considered only under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged or leaked product
• You receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity
• The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delay caused by courier or natural conditions
• Product already opened or used

Refund Request Process

To request a refund or replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the issue
• Provide your order details via WhatsApp or phone

Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or adjusted against your next order, as mutually agreed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
